forcephish.com (the “Site”) is operated by Cyforce Y.A.L Ltd., Company No. 517263398 (“CyForce”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site and the ForcePhish service
The Site provides information about ForcePhish, our security awareness and phishing simulation platform, and lets you request a demo. Use of the ForcePhish platform itself is governed by a separate agreement with CyForce. These terms do not give you access to the platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attack, probe or test the security of the Site without our written permission.
- Interfere with or overload the Site, or bypass any measure that protects it.
- Collect content or data from the Site by automated means.
- Copy, modify or reverse engineer any part of the Site, except as the law allows.
- Submit false information, spam or someone else’s details through our forms.
- Use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose.
In particular, the example messages and techniques shown on the Site are provided for security awareness only. They must not be used to deceive anyone or to run real phishing attacks.
Illustrations and examples
All brands, names, email addresses, domains and messages shown as examples on the Site are fictional and used for illustration. Any resemblance to real organizations or people is coincidental.
The domain check shows an illustrative example of a result. It is not a live scan and is not security advice for your organization. Figures from third-party research are attributed to their source.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, video, software, and the ForcePhish and CyForce names and logos, belong to CyForce or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site and share links to it. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Third-party services
The Site uses and links to third-party services, such as Calendly for scheduling. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Its content is general information and is not professional advice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CyForce, its directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Site or your inability to use it.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CyForce against claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share through the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Petah Tikva, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these terms.
