Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

What we collect when you visit forcephish.com or ask for a demo, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Cyforce Y.A.L Ltd. (Company No. 517263398), the company behind ForcePhish by CyForce Cyber Security (“CyForce”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through forcephish.com (the “Site”).

This policy covers the Site only. Personal information that our customers process in the ForcePhish platform, for example details of their employees, is handled under the agreement and data processing terms we sign with each customer.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you request a demo we collect your full name, work email, company, company size and phone number, and, if you choose to add them, your job title and a message.

Scheduling

If you book a time, the booking is made through Calendly. Calendly receives the details shown in its booking form, which we fill in for you from the demo form so you do not have to type them twice.

Technical information

When you send the form, our server records your IP address, your approximate country (derived from your IP address by our network provider), your browser’s user agent and the page you sent it from. Our hosting and network providers also process standard connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

On your device

If you use the accessibility menu, your preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the Site.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request and to arrange and run your demo.
  • To send you relevant information about ForcePhish. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To keep the Site secure, for example by limiting repeated submissions and filtering spam.
  • To understand interest in our services and improve them.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and keeping the Site secure, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that act on our behalf and under our instructions:

  • Hostinger: server hosting.
  • Cloudflare: content delivery, DNS and security.
  • Calendly: meeting scheduling.
  • Our workflow automation and customer relationship tools, which receive your demo request so our team can follow up.
  • Google Fonts and public content delivery networks, which deliver fonts and scripts and receive your IP address when the page loads.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to a successor in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

International transfers

Some of our providers process information outside Israel or outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires a longer period or you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies. Server security records are kept for shorter periods.

How we protect it

The Site is served over HTTPS. Information sent between our systems is encrypted and signed, and access is limited to people who need it. CyForce is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to fix issues quickly.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and, where it applies, the EU or UK GDPR, you may ask to access the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. You may also object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw your consent, and ask for a copy in a portable format.

To make a request, write to [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from automated abuse. If you open the scheduling calendar, Calendly may set its own cookies under Calendly’s cookie policy. Accessibility preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will highlight material changes on the Site.
